The item may not be in stock or we did not inventory it. Should you like another size or color which is not currently for sales, please contact our customer service team at cs@ruggedrange.com and let them know you are interested in another size or color. Our team will speak to our merchandising manager to see if we can get you the exact item you would like to purchase.

If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact customer service at cs@ruggedrange.com as soon as possible during normal business hours (M-F 9:00-4:00 Central). We’ll make every effort to accommodate your request. However, keep in mind that our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, and we can’t cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. We’ll send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and we've charged your credit card.

For your own security and protection, if in the normal course of fraud control, we find something suspicious regarding your order, we’ll call or e-mail you to verify your information.

Rugged Range currently accepts most credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Soon, we will be offering alternative payment options, such as PayPal and ApplyPay.

Yes, where required by law, we charge and collect sales tax for online purchases shipping to: Texas, California and Kansas.

Many manufacturers implement Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) policies that dictate the selling price displayed for their products. This includes, but not limited to, restricting the use of coupons, promotional pricing or other offers that reduce the set selling price.
 
Rugged Range occasionally offers promotional discount codes for customers to use. These discount codes only apply to in-stock merchandise and may not be applied to previous orders. Additionally, discounts do not apply to shipping, tax or any additional service charges.
