Returns Policy:

Customer Satisfaction is out top priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it.
 
Items that are new, unused & unaltered in order to receive a refund. This means that items should be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, tears, scuffs or smells. Items must contain all original product packaging (Manuals, Instructions etc.) and accessories and be within 30 days of the purchase receipt. Items that are not in sellable condition because they have been worn or are without hangtags or items damaged due to improper use will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All returns must have a RA# (Return Authorization Number) in order to be accepted. Returns made without an R.A. number can be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

You have within thirty (30) calendar days from purchase to obtain a RA# and a return label.

We offer a flat-rate $6.99 return fee (which will be deducted from your refunded amount). You'll receive an email confirmation when your return is processed at our distribution center in Irving, TX. Please know that shipping and processing your return may take up to 15 days.
Your credit card company may take up to 5 business days to process. So we're talking about 20 days from the time you ship your return until it shows on your credit card.
 
Please take the time to carefully package your returns. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay costs related to the repair of returned items damaged in shipping due to improper packaging.

After you have contacted us and obtained your RA# and FedEx return label, print out the label, and stick it to your shipping package - making sure that the products are packed and secured so that they arrive to us in resellable condition. Drop the package off at a FedEx store or a postal location with a FedEx drop box.
We can’t accept packages that don’t include the FedEx label provided when you contacted us, and we don’t accept Cash on Delivery (COD).

If you need a different size, color or product please return your item(s) for a refund and place a new order at your convenience. We process refunds promptly upon receipt of your return and placing a new order now ensures that you'll get your new item quickly, and that it won't go out of stock.

Should you receive your order, and it is damaged, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible. You can contact us cs@ruggedrange.com. Please keep all original shipping materials and take pictures if possible. Damaged item claims are handled through the shipping carrier (FedEx or USPS). We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!

QR codes make returning online orders extra easy, with no printing at home needed. If you received a QR code from an online store, you can check the email containing your QR code for a list of participating drop off locations nearby. Then, you can simply take your sealed box to a participating location, and a team member will print your label and accept your return on the spot.

Product Warranty:

All items are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty when the item qualifies as a defective product. To determine warranty requirements for a specific item, visit the brand's website and read the listed product warranty information or contact us for assistance. Damaged product from the use of normal wear and tear or any accidents do not qualify as defective product.
Please note warranty processing may take 4-8 weeks and will be subject to the individual manufacturer's policies and discretion. Keep in mind some manufacturers will require you to deal with them directly on your claim.

Each manufacturer has its own warranty policy. Rugged Range will assist customers with their warranty; however Rugged Range does not provide any direct warranty on any item sold.
